Our story
JUHI hobby horses and accessories are produced right in the centre of Hluboká nad Vltavou in a beautiful, barrier-free modern multifunctional building, where we employ 51 people with disabilities. We have been producing hobby horses since 2017, and it is something dear to our hearts.
In cooperation with our disabled employees and with the sheltered workshops Madlenka z Písek and Domov Sv. Agnes from Týn nad Vltavou create our JUHI hobbies for us - from design, cutting, fabric selection to the final product.
We make hobbies by hand. The production of one hobby takes 16 hours and 2 people work on it. All materials come mainly from the Czech Republic, thanks to which we support Czech production companies.
At the same time, we decided to donate part of the money from the sale of JUHI hobbies to the Bez barriers foundation fund www.bezbarier.eu, which is devoted to social projects.
A new hobby in your stable will put a smile on the face not only of you, but also of people with a handicap, who otherwise would not have a full chance to apply themselves. By purchasing, you will also support Czech manufacturing companies.
