We offer free shipping within the Czech Republic and Slovakia on all orders over CZK 1,200. For customers in Germany and Austria, free shipping is available on orders over €40.

Smaller accessories can be shipped via Balíkovna or Czech Post, while larger parcels containing hobby horses are delivered reliably by PPL or DPD.

What's more, we dispatch all orders within five business days as standard.
